I've just had my website redesigned by a friend.

I'd like to be able to send a 'flyer' over the email to clients, a banner to appear in the body text space in a message...

Something like this, but with my design.

How do I go about this....?

I had my previous battery for about 4 years. I replaced it with a Nupower battery when I started getting charges of up to 88% and it would die in about an hour. I went with Nupower (bc I don't like to give Apple my money) and they advertise 5% more battery life. I have been unable to get it to charge to 100%. It stops at 99% and lasts about 2 and a half hours of just regular internet reading (no special programs, videos, etc...). I am wondering if I have a defective battery and if it should last longer?

Thats what I would want but done automatically so when other people post on the blog, the ad appears without them even thinking about it.

I tested this with another free app (Overstock)

1. Synced my wife's iPhone 4 which has Overstock 1.8 with her iTunes account
2. Copied app to shared user folder
3. Logged in as her on my iPhone >settings>store
4. Installed newer version of app over wifi on my phone (Overstock 1.8.1)
5. Synced my phone with my iTunes account - Overstock app shows up in iTunes
6. Disconnect iPhone from computer and delete app from phone
7. Delete Overstock 1.8.1 from iTunes app window
8. Drag Overstock 1.8 .ipa to iTunes app window and drop in
9. Re-sync phone to iTunes and Overstock 1.8 installs onto phone
10. Disconnect phone and app is installed and runs fine

Side benefit is app requires wife's password to update so for the Optimum app it will be impossible to update it and break the VPN again.

Whether you're a fan of GPS or not, I'm convinced Apple is just laughing themselves silly at every production meeting. I don't know who's responsible, but somehow, when other companies come up with fiarly useful, or at least utilitarian apps and features, Apple just ALWAYS comes out with something just a little bit cooler and little bit more fun.

Useful? Who knows. Half the crap in OS X isn't really "useful" in the real world sense, but it sure is fun!

Resolution isn't the be all and end all. Movies, browsing... all the usual stuff can be done on an HDTV no prob.

I would love an ACD, but I only have room for one display. It needs to run my Mac, PS3 and Wii - I had to go for a HDTV. I'm on the lookout for a display with better res and colour, and Apple just isn't a choice due to lack of inputs... looks like it'll have to be the Dell 3008. :(

i'd have gone for a 15 inch tibook myself, man, but if you don't need the portability, that eMac is a pretty decent hoss at 1 GHz with that load of RAM. got the 1 Gig on my Tibook myself, it really makes things snappy. VP6 is going to make windows really easy for you to let go of though, i hear it's slow as molasses. and i do mean mole asses.

Have you found any issues with memory? I'm trying to decide whether I should drop $100 on doubling the memory when I buy my MBA.

Go with the 4GB Ram option, it will serve you longer and better.
