Just out of curiosity, what do you want a new Cinema Display for, exactly, that the current ones aren't doing?
i'd like thinner ones. and more connections.

Im pretty sure, knowing apple, that they wil surely keep a click wheel as an option at the very least.

You may have received a large WU. They are different sizes in folding. However, there points are relative to the size of the WU.

no one seems to be pointing out that they got rid of educational pricing for iPods... that's a bummer.
It is fair to point out that they did drop the price on the big ipods and increased storage on the nanos. Pretty good deal.

Well there is a video in the other Leopard screenshot thread that shows finder but it has a unified skin. But we are pretty sure its from Leopard cause it shows an integrated feature that is obviously new. It should still be on like page 5...
But yea, so these features are great, resolution independence is awesome as usual and these little minor things add up. MWSF is going to be awesome.

seems more likely than 19" iMacs. I can picture those models appearing at MWSF

Just a tip. If the RAM goes bad it will likely be only one of the two sticks. The MB/MBP can run on only one stick - which is actually one way to figure out which one went bad. I know because I got some bad RAM from OWC and they had me run my MBP with one, then the other, to help troubleshoot the problem.

Nope. You can add up to 10 per page (at least on my iPhone, I wonder if it's more on my iPad). Regardless, it just starts squishing them all together. This is where having Shrink really starts to help.
Up to 16 on my ipad with infinidock but that's a little to tight for my liking:D

About the 3D, yeah we're definitely agreeing here. No real gain, more work. Cost/benefit doesn't pan out.
As far as the second thing, I wasn't referencing you. Whoops. Sorry. :o Should have quoted them. Anyway, I agree that virtual sticks aren't the devil (unlike cursors controlled by dpads). Still, I think there has to be a better way for some of the interactions and that they're mostly being used as kludges (again, basically agreeing).

Just wait until they add Thunderbolt to the design. I know more than one person who never even looked at the MBA for its lack of a high speed port.

Back in the days of mac os 9 and 8, I recall using a multiple user type of software called ______.
Can anyone help me find out what it was called? I remember the little "people" icons had round heads with a rectangular body.
Also, I tired searching for this on the forums already as im sure it has been posted, but because I don't know the name, no luck.
Any help would be great!

There are drivers, the OS just does a good job hiding them from you. ;)
TheWitePony-
Check out the "Print Center" app in your Applications/Utilities folder to add the printer. It should set it up automatically if the printer is connected correctly and turned on.

Try the tips here: http://conzone.com/blog/2009/12/mating-a-dell-1110-laser-printer-and-mac-osx/
Never used that printer, so I can't vouch for the solution there, but it looks like good suggestions.

Grmpf, that should have been 0.2*6-1
Thanks for the hint and sorry for the typo. The text in my message above is now corrected.
