I just noticed this. I thought I had the first post on it, too, but it appears that the "0 Comments" was outdated by 5 seconds.
I love it.
has anyone else noticed that apparently MacRumors is now XHTML compliant? At least it has the xhtml transitional doctype. i hadn't noticed that before.
Oh, yeah, Arn mentioned standards compliance. Score 1 XHTML!

Edit: I didn't read the replies before writing this. Exactly what they said above. I am also not a developer so I like pure CSS and avoid scripting.
This is wat I do. Give the current page's relative list item a specific class called "current" or whatever and then style that class accordingly. see:

Congrats. It's a nice job.
In Safari, I'm getting a weird green box when I mouse over the logo at the top left. After mouseover, a red outline box remains.
Edit: It's gone now. Logo is normal.

I noticed that too... I have no idea why they are going to be killing off VB support, but say good-bye to being able to have compatability with any documents with Macros.
I think we need to lean on the MS Mac BU to reverse this decision, and we need to make it VERY CLEAR TO APPLE that this will have major ramifications to the use of Macs in the corporate environment. Maybe Apple can lean on them (with what leverage, I don't know).
Of course, Microsoft can just turn around and say "Well, you want VB so badly? Buy Parallels, Windows, and MS Office 2007. Sure, it's $700, but you Apple users are used to getting fleeced."

Planning to go to lakeside apple store? anyone else planning to go there? what time?
I'm planning to go there by 4 am. called up lakeside, they said they might open up the doors at 7am for the center? but dont know which entrance would be open first and will people be queuing up at the main entrances?

UITabBarItem's image cannot contain color (in fact, as the doc states, "The alpha values in the source image are used to create the unselected and selected images"). You may be able to hack in your own subviews or you'll have to roll your own tab bar.

It'll take an hour to download, so if anybody has any bright ideas in the next hour or so do let me know!
Edit: Done a bit of investigating: the capacity says 12.07 on iTunes (12.1 on the phone) but the coloured percentage meter thing on the bottom adds up to 14.1GB even though the figure on the left of that is 12.07GB. The 'free' is supposedly 2.2GB but it a tiny sliver (it says on the phone that 411MB is free), so I tried to sync a TV program (~800MB) and it wouldn't sync claiming the phone was full. Odd.

title pretty much says it all. is it "worth it" to pay for the price of developer status just to download and play around with the lion preview? or, should i just wait for the official release?
