I'm sorry to see it go, since it's something I think they could do a good job with--and likely have offered bundled with a Windows license for a decent price.

A semi-epitaph post. I picked up Metal Slug Anthology for the Wii on Friday and have pretty much not stopped playing. Just about as addictive as hell. I mean I've heard of the series and played the GBA game (eww) but I was not expecting it to be this damn fun! It's totally up my street. Co-op, stunning pixel art, silly, gameplay to perhaps even rival classic Mario games.
Anyone else got this? 7 near perfect games. I didn't even mind paying Gamestation's ludicrous �39.99.
When is 3D going to look as good as this?

I think you should calibrate it straight away because otherwise your battery may get overcharged later, which can be quite harmful in terms of how long the battery will last in years. Remember that you can use your new toy during the entire process though, whether it's plugged in or not. :)

Im thinking about buying a Mac Mini. I was going to opt for the non server version and get the 2.66ghz processor and the upgraded hard drive to 500GB.
My question is, is it a worthwhile upgrade? or is it just better to leave it with the 2.4ghz and get a better hard drive.
Regarding the hard drive, are you able to buy a faster one ie, one that runs at 7200rpm and put it in the mac mini yourself. I have heard that the drive in the Mac Mini is a slow hard drive.
What is the biggest hard drive that will work in the Mac Mini?

Just a followup: It's back. The service center people reseated a connector, so quite possibly if the people at the store had known this could be the issue, they could have fixed it.

If I install an app directly on the phone over wifi using an account that I created just to test with the app installs and is not deleted off device on a sync even though computer is not authorized for that account. App is not transferred to iTunes on computer.
But...
If I install the app via the computer through iTunes ( needing to authorize the computer for that account ) the app installs onto device. I delete app from iTunes so it should appear like above scenario. Problem happens when computer is de-authorized. On next sync app gets deleted off device unless computer is re-authorized for account that installed app on device.
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, on the heels of the much anticipated project is a study showing that the fuel used for the space vehicles based there could significantly contribute to global warming. Turns out the spaceport, one of America’s greenest buildings, will be home to one of its dirtiest forms of transportation.
Located near the city of Las Cruses, the projected LEED Platinum building uses site-appropriate design and deeply integrated technologies to reduce its energy consumption. The low-profile building rises from the ground like a small hill and is made from locally sourced materials. Visitors enter though a passage cut into the terminal’s embedded mass. On either side, a series of earth tubes precondition the interior’s air and a ground-source heat pump helps reduce HVAC needs by a substantial 50-70%.
At the core of the facility is a large solar thermal and electric array which also allows light to penetrate to the lower hangers. A series of apertures dot the roof, allowing more natural light throughout the facility. Since it’s located in a desert, houses large equipment, and a large volume of people produce heat within the facility, it uses chilled beams in the public areas, radiant in-floor cooling, and displacement cooling in the large hangar to reduce energy demand. Natural ventilation takes care of the rest of the cooling needs. Water catchment, thermal mass, low-energy embedded materials and a slew other features ironically keeps the building well grounded.
The facility is expected to offer at least two space flights a day.

I have Toast Titanium 11, and while it DOES get the job done, it makes the video look pretty muddy and in general terrible.

From my experience, yours, and the previous generation of iMacs have great, loud sound. I'd guess the eMac's speakers are just mediocre. Try using headphones.

The iPhone 3Gs has an ARM type 7 CPU. It is the first iDevice to have one, with the iPod Touch 2G being the last type 6. Apple no longer includes the type 6 instruction set. Similar to how Snow Leopard no longer works on PPC Macs. The iPhone 3Gs was also the first iDevice to have the PowerVR SGX535 GPU. The iPod Touch 2G was the last to have the PowerVR MBX Lite 3D. The driver kext is no longer in the firmware and its doubtful that the 4.2.1 one would work.
Furthermore, Apple doesn't sign the soft SHSH for 4.3 and none of the jailbreaking tools out support it. So unless the OP wrote his own method for jailbreaking 4.3 and getting around the soft SHSH, he has just faked his firmware and build number.

Its more important for me to have ability to watch it when I'm outside the confines of my apartment. The documents mentions �Top Up Sessions,� which allow users to increase their data allotment for the remainder of a billing cycle, and �Speed Up Sessions,� which will allow subscribers on lower-tier plans to speed up their service for a specific duration. The document does not provide any details in terms of what speeds might be afforded by each tier, nor does it detail how much data will be included with each of the various data bucket sizes. Using the whole page whould be pointless. There's lot of stuff there that's irrelevant to Mac users. We could make one of our own, but keep it a bit simpler and just have a link to Wikipedia for the more technical stuff (for those who is interested).
